This is the second part of a two-part course. IOLS is designed to be taken as a follow-on to Scoutmaster and Assistant Scoutmaster Leader Specific Training or Varsity Coach Leader Specific Training, though it may be taken separately by those who have previously taken SMLST or VCLST. The SMLST/IOLS combination is known as "Scoutmaster Fundamentals".
